Join the product operations team as a Senior Product Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience from intake to completion, managing program delivery across 100+ customer accounts, and driving continuous improvements to our internal systems and processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Training, Onboarding, and Sales teams to ensure each Private Academy experience is seamless, repeatable, and impactful.
This role focuses on building and optimizing tools and workflows that streamline opportunity management, improve forecast accuracy, and guide sellers through the sales cycle with greater precision. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, AI-enabled solutions that enhance seller productivity and accelerate deal progression. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we execute and close deals.
